I'm Back!

Just a note to thank all of you for your kind comments and best wishes. I'm back home after my nearly six-week ordeal, and if you'll give me a few days, I'll be writing about my experiences. I still have a lot of rehab to do, and I'm not walking very well yet. Happy blogging!

SO GLAD to hear from you again! I looked at your blog yesterday and wondered about your progress. I think you probably have the worst part of your surgery behind you and can look forward to better days ahead. Congratulations for coming this far. And great to have you BACK!!

I just read about your double knee replacements on Ronni Bennett's blog "time goes by"

I wish you well and hope the healing process is proceeding on schedule.
I have had a "minor"compared to yours" knee experience recently and had surgery for a meniscus tear 4 weeks ago. The recovery even for that surgery which is considered minor since it is arthroscopic takes a longer time to fully recover than I had thought. At almost 79 I guess it just takes longer.

PS: Happy Belated Birthday. Mine is in December.

Take care of yourself
